Bob Butsch, president introduced Patricia (Gifford) Butsch from EAA 856394 as a guest.

News:

Plans are underway for the Chapter 900 Tail Dragger Fly-in scheduled for June 27^th.   

• Advertising - Floyd Hollandbeck described the websites where he had posted the notice (taildragger.com, barnstormer.com, flylow.com).  He had posted at the Mt. Comfort and Sheridan airports and notified GAN news.  Ken Volunteered to post a notice at the Clark County Airport.  Get the word out.

• Flight Operations will be handled by the Ramp Rats and  Floyd Allen
• Young Eagles Flights - Aaron Bundy needs pilots and several planes.

The Mount Comfort Indianapolis Air Show is scheduled for June 5^th, 6^th, and 7^th.   

Announcements

1.      Bob Butsch asked those present to correct errors in their email addresses.  He will try to contact those not present.

2.      Bob announced that the establishment of a photo directory of members.

3.      Young eagles have a rally on June 20^th at Mt comfort.

4.      Floyd mentioned a fly-in at Sheridan on June 14^th.

5.      Juan Garcia mentioned that his son was being appointed undersecretary of the navy and would be willing to speak at a future meeting.  Congratulations.

6.      Bob announced that the Cincinnati Warbirds Squadron 18 is having a swing dance and USO show at the Coney Island Moonlight Pavilion on Saturday May 23^rd.
